Let's do some rock!



Do any of you like the old Creed? Their lead singer's name is Scott. He kind of confuses me as far as performance. Sometimes he sounds good (like in this one) and sometimes he seems like he is trying too hard and just fails. I'm not sure what to think if he is legit. good or not, but I like some of the songs.

I've read that his style of singing is really straining and difficult to do. I think it's called grunge or something to give his voice a rock-ish timbre.

Here's the same band with a different singer:


They go by alter bridge. The guitarist, Mark Tremonti, wrote the above song when his mom died. It's a beautiful song that the guys play. The singer's name is Myles Kennedy. He's pretty well known in the world of rock and has played with a lot of good players and bands like slash from Guns&Roses. He has a very beautiful and smooth falsetto voice that he can do. See if you like it!

1 : have the feeling of construction

- classic music


- jaz rock



- group for exemple Genesis ( for this music u must be patient. its like when u built a new strange mech on mechlab with exotic mix of weaps and u have to play with it 2 or 3 games before to love it, here its the same u have to be patient and after 2 or 3 time with the full album, u will realy love it, promise )




2 : have emotion and for this the voice is the best.
but its so many examples, and the same voice will not do the same emotion for each one.

4 years ago i met Anggun in my city, BLOIS, she is a nice person, when i speak with her for the firs time she was simple and very attractive in the same time, she can in the same time tell u private things, and realy hear what u said.
she is open.
she is a rare person.


i love women voices.

We used to play this song in highschool (below) when I was in band. This recording is the best I could find on youtube of the same version. A different version is played in the movie itself. This version is toned down for youngsters, but parts of it are still beautiful. There's a few flaws in it, the most obvious is the bell chimes that comes across extra loud. Overall, it's pretty good though.

I watched that Paparazzi video a long time ago too, Bob. I think it was on the news or something. I enjoyed it a lot. I think Lady Gaga actually does have a lot of muscial talent. A lot of people write her off because of her clothes and how it it sounds electronic in the "official" videos. She actually can sing and play piano pretty well though. She's got some musical talent, so does that young boy.
